◆カラー、パーマ後１週間以内の方は色落ちしたりパーマが落ちる可能性があります。施術を受ける場合は責任は負いかねます。
◆ご妊娠中の方、仰向けの姿勢が長時間続きます。具合が悪くなったりするケースも御座いますのでその点も、お考えの上ご予約下さい。
◆ヘアエクステが付いている方はお断りさせて頂いております。
キャンセルや変更はご予約の前日19時までにご変更下さい。当日の変更【変更料2,000円】当日キャンセル【ご予約時のコース金額全額負担】を申し受けます。遅れられますとコース短縮、15分の遅刻で当日キャンセルとさせていただきます。
ペアでご利用の方は必ず【人数分】ご予約をお願いします。
防犯上、施錠しているためご予約時間の10分前にご来店をお願いいたします。

◆ For pregnant customers: the treatment requires lying on your back for an extended period. Please consider your condition before booking.
◆ We do not accept customers with hair extensions.

Changes & Cancellation Policy
Please make any changes or cancellations by 7:00 PM the day before your appointment.
Same-day changes: ¥2,000 fee
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reserved service fee will be charged
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
