施術内容：カウンセリングしながら足湯→呼吸法→タオルバス→ヘッドスパ→トリートメント→アフターカウンセリングまで60分、ヘアドライ(お支度)30分の90分になっております。仕上げのヘアドライはお客様ご自身でお願いしております。足湯や呼吸法でリラックスしていただき、ヘッドスパでツボにアプローチし睡眠の質を向上させます。
