Unfortunately I do not remember who took care of me during my visit, but I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after! I will definitely come back on my next trip to Tokyo!

This was hands down the best head spa treatment I have ever had - Ami was so wonderful, caring & respectful. I totally recommend this experience - just wish I lived her to get one regularly. Well worth the money!!!!!

I had a treatment with Kaori, it was such a wonderful experience! The rooms are amazing and next level clean and Kaori was doing auch an amazing job. Unfortunately my Japanese is still really poor, but she was very patient with me and translated anything before we startet. The treatment itself was the best spa treatment I ever received! 100% coming back here!

技術に関してもとても程よい指圧感で、シャワーの出しかた、水の音、首のホットタオル、肩甲骨から、指先までのマッサージ、頭皮マッサージ、高い技術だと感じました！

Sometimes, headspas might coast on their aesthetics or gimmicks, but the staff here are very skilled and knowledgeable with their techniques. During the massage, Ms. Kaori was spending extra time on my ears. I was initially confused as to why, until I felt my sinuses draining and I could finally breathe clearly again. This was very needed after a very dry flight into a winter climate.
There were two things that I was worried about before the experience and I'm happy to report that none of these were a concern:
1. Language Barrier
There's adequate English support, with translated, detailed explanation of the service from start to finish. I also had no problems communicating with Ms. Kaori with my basic Japanese skills.
2. Hardsell Tactics
While they might recommend or check if you might want to add any options, it is just a suggestion and they do not pressure you into it.
All in all, this was an excellent experience and I recommend it to anyone interested in trying a headspa for the first time. The location was convenient, the staff are friendly and skilled, and the space was modern and beautifully appointed. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Tokyo!
