Absolutely amazing service. The interior was beautiful and Ami was so helpful. Although she didn’t speak too much English, she used her online translation. I fell asleep the first 20 mins. Highly recommend ^.^

It was ok, unfortunately I visited the other location in Ginza and had a much better experience. At this location in Tokyo I set expectations for hot water and a lot of pressure and this wasn’t listened to. I asked for more pressure several times and was mostly ignored. In addition the eye mask was itchy and even though I kept taking it off she kept putting it back on. I paid extra for the room and wanted to look at it during my appointment. I was blasted with cold water all over my head after I said only hot water in the beginning. I jumped up and ended up hurting my neck from this. when she ended the appointment almost 10 minutes early she asked if I needed the makeup room hair room or bathroom I said hair and bathroom, but when I came out of the bathroom, she rushed me to the exit and had my shoes waiting. I understand there is a language barrier but we were using google translate and I feel like my happiness was not the priority. Would not return to this location.
