This is my first time visiting Naoki and I was really impressed. Shinya-san was very attentive and listened to all my needs, concerns, etc and gave a lot of advice. I ended up pretty much just followed his suggestion about what hair colour to choose and hairstyle. The end result was more than satisfactory. I am really happy with how I look.

If you are thinking about getting a new hairstyle, I would definitely recommend Naoki and recommend Shinya-san.

My first visit at new 111 Somerset outlet after they moved from Liang Court. This outlet layout is simple yet stylish with a quiet & cosy environment. An iPad is provided at every seat for customers to select drink and to browse a wide selection of magazines, plus a big drawer next to your seat to keep your belongings. I visited Liang Court outlet a few times, this is the first time I chose Megu to cut & colour my hair. Megu speaks good & clear English, she is very friendly, courteous & attentive. It is so easy & comfortable to talk to her about anything. I entrusted to Megu to decide the style & colour for my hair & I am very happy with overall result. Think Megu was happy too that she asked to take photos of my hair. I enjoyed the hair wash at the basin too, so relaxing to have a very warm towel behind your neck during hair wash. Megu also taught me how to blow & style my short hair. Well done, Megu! All the best to you & family.

I have pleasant experience with all the Stylists who have ever attended to me for the past few years and will surely recommend friends or family members who are looking for great service and professionalism in Stylists. Appreciate that they would listen to my request and respect my decision. Also, glad that they have never asked me to try any of their treatment services when all I wanted is a haircut.
