Great experience from start to finish. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout. Ayaka was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I have been to many Japanese Barbershops (in Japan and several throughout the USA). Hiroginza’s branch in Ho Chi Minh City is definitely one I’d visit again whenever I’m in the Vietnam. Highly recommended if you want to experience something that goes beyond that of a haircut for men.

Excellent service. From beginning to the end, everything is great. Ayaka is very professional and attentive to detail. I especially like the facial deep cleansing. It was so good that I doze off. (Hopefully I didn’t snore much

A good experience overall. The barbershop is located on the 7th floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. The environment is nice, and the barber’s skills are solid. I got a trim plus a natural black dye, and the result turned out great.
