Ayumi was great, you could understand her just fine. She is learning English to easily converse with the English speaking customers that reserve appointments. My son (15- teenage acne) had a cleansing facial and he said it felt great, his face came out much cleaner and clearer after she finished with his facial. She was very nice and attentive. You fill out a questionnaire and it asks if you want her to explain what she is doing or if you want to just rest and relax. I was waiting in the chairs they have and was offered complementary snack and tea. Great experience from me as the parent just waiting there and my son said it was also a great experience. We look forward to going again.
