As an American looking for a barber shop in Japan where they can replicate the different haircut styles of the U.S., Barbershop Nor is your best option. Their barbers are highly skilled and put an incredible amount of attention into detail. Their service from start to finish is outstanding and the atmosphere of the shop gives off positive vibes. I highly recommend Barbershop Nor even for those traveling through Tokyo who want to experience a top quality haircut in Japan.
