The head spa was heavenly. I had the 90 minutes premium package with the head bath and added on the eye massage. When you lie back your neck rests on a warm cushion. I slept the entire time (I remembered the eye massage and then it was lights out for me). I woke up for the shoulder massage. My hair was so soft and shiny afterwards. Saki was great. The room was clean and well decorated. Even the bathroom was cute - giant tea cup for the sink. I highly recommend Rabbicour.

Rina didn't speak much English however she took the time to walk me through the whole Process using Google Translate. I really appreciated her taking the time and going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend

久しぶりに銀座店に行きました。アロマを選べるようになっていて施術前からわくわくしました！

ずっと行きたいと思ってたヘッドスパ。ドライのヘッドスパは普段から行ってますが、洗っていただけるクリームヘッドスパは初めてでした。かなら高い金額でしたが、自分へのご褒美にと思い予約。
まずホームページの値段より予約サイトに進んだ時の値段が少し高いことに疑問が湧きましたが、どこかに注意書があったかなと思いながら予約しました。
時間の10分前に到着し、お手洗いも済ませ案内を待ちましたが時間が過ぎてからの案内でした。そのあとも部屋の中で少し待たされ、最初からちょっとがっかり。
とにかく何もしない時間が多かったように感じます。ドリンクを待つ時間、スタッフの方の準備の時間、トリートメントを浸透させる時間、カウンセリングを待つ時間。こういった諸々も含め120分なんだなと思うと…。施術も、最初にカウンセリングで頭皮と肩を軽くマッサージしてもらいましたが、その時が1番気持ちよかったです。自分の辛い箇所をわかってもらい「しっかりほぐしますね」と言われたのでとても期待しましたが、それからはどこも痒いところに手が届かないというか、いまひとつ物足りず金額に見合った満足度はありませんでした。
荷物を置くところが棚のようなところだったのですが、特に施錠があるわけでもなく貴著品の入ったカバンを置くにはふさわしくないように感じました。こちらは何も見えない時間になるので。
最後のブローもただ乾かしてくれただけで特にサラサラになるわけでもなく、私は毛量が多いので内側はまだ乾ききっていませんでした。
やはり、ずっと行きたいと思っていたので自分の期待値が高過ぎたんだろうなと思います。
トイレや部屋のコンセプトは素敵で、非日常感はありました。
でも、残念だった気持ちが今も拭えません。

I had the luxury treatment today with Saki, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. The massage was so good I feel so relaxed after. Totally recomend Rabbicour.

My Visit to Rabbicour was amazing! The perfect chance to unwind and relax on such a busy holiday. Mika was outstanding, although limited English, she was happy to use google translate to make sure I understood everything. The experience was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend this experience if you're in Tokyo. The staff were so friendly and accomodating despite language barriers. The themed rooms were so cute and the head spa itself was out of this world. My hair has never felt better!!
