I had Hirai as my specialist and she was amazing! I live in Hawaii and was recommended to receive treatment from Hirai from a friend. I wish I lived in Japan so I could treat myself to these more often. All the staff was accommodating. The head spa experience was superb. I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time, but wow. I am amazed at the experience overall. Loved the feel of my hair afterwards. Felt like a new person! Thank you so much!

Madoka was fantastic. I really appreciated her patience with me, translating everything from Japanese to English using her phone. Her techniques were great as well - my hair came out silky smooth and my scalp was extremely clean!

Wow what an experience. The spa is none like any other- the decorations are so unique and cool! I had the best head massage, neck massage and eye massage. The hydrating hair mask was great! Wonderful experience
