After completing your reservation, please register as a member and add your credit card information.
Your booking will be confirmed once the registration is completed.

On the day of your appointment, payment can also be processed through the system using your registered credit card.
In the event of a cancellation, please note that the cancellation fee will be charged to your registered credit card in accordance with our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.

ご予約の際は、ご予約完了後に会員登録およびクレジットカードのご登録をお願いいたします。
ご登録が完了した時点で、ご予約確定となります。
当日はご登録いただいたクレジットカードよりシステム上で決済することが可能です。
また、万が一キャンセルがあった場合は、キャンセルポリシーに基づき、ご登録のクレジットカードよりキャンセル料を決済させていただきます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。


ご指名のない方はお手数ですが伝言メモに指名なしとご記入ください。
ご指名のない場合はお選び頂いたスタッフとは別のスタッフが担当させて頂くことがございます。

※リペア・長さ出しをご希望の方は備考欄にご記載くださいませ。
※120minのメニューはオフがある場合はweb予約が出来かねます。DMよりお問い合わせくださいませ。

◯キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルにつきましては、必ずご予約の2日前19:00までにご連絡をお願い致します。
ご予約2日前19:00以降のキャンセル・無断キャンセル、お時間、担当のご変更はご予約頂いた際のコース料金分の100%のキャンセル料を頂戴しておりますのでご了承くださいませ。
またご予約のお時間から15分過ぎてもご連絡がない場合はキャンセル扱いとなりますのでご理解の程お願い申しあげます。

Please note that if no artist is selected, another staff member may be assigned.

◯ Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by 7:00 PM at least two days before your appointment if you need to cancel.
Cancellations made after that time, no-shows, or changes in time or staff will be charged 100% of the booked course price.
If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a cancellation. Thanks for your understanding!
