We are very honored to hear that you were satisfied with our service.
Regarding pricing, we charge the Jr. Nail Technician price for single-color and limited plans. However, for other menus, we charge the regular price. We apologize for the lack of explanation, and we sincerely apologize for the fact that we were unable to communicate with our staff and ended up charging you a Jr. Nail Technician, even though you requested a senior nail technician.
All staff will be more careful to avoid this in the future.

On the day, they had a jr tech do it but charged me for regular price.
