My nail tech was very nice and professional. I booked a jr tech because I just want a French manicure whc I think is easy. The salon messaged me that they can't let a jr tech do a French tip, so I said ok then book me for a senior one. The price is different between jr and senior.
On the day, they had a jr tech do it but charged me for regular price.

Regarding pricing, we charge the Jr. Nail Technician price for single-color and limited plans. However, for other menus, we charge the regular price. We apologize for the lack of explanation, and we sincerely apologize for the fact that we were unable to communicate with our staff and ended up charging you a Jr. Nail Technician, even though you requested a senior nail technician.
All staff will be more careful to avoid this in the future.
